Booking FAQ.
How far in advance should I book my date?
Most couples book 12–18 months in advance for prime Saturday dates (especially May through October). That said, we always recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind — we sometimes have last-minute openings or off-season Saturdays available.
What's included in the rental?
The rental includes the full venue (banquet hall, bar area, dance floor, two dressing rooms, wedding garden & gazebo), all tables and chairs (6 ft and 8 ft rectangular, 5 ft round), the in-house sound and video system, basic kitchen amenities, climate control, parking, and clean-up. Can we have our ceremony on-site?
Yes — and many of our couples do. We have a beautiful outdoor wedding garden with a gazebo, rustic benches, and cobblestone pathway, or you can hold your ceremony in the banquet hall. Either way, it's all included.
Do you provide catering, or do we bring our own?
You're free to choose your own caterer. We don't lock you into specific package deals — you pay for what you need, and the basic kitchen is fully available to your caterer of choice.
Can we schedule a private showing before booking?
Absolutely. Private showings are available upon request. Send us an inquiry above or give us a call at 814-574-3017 to schedule a tour.
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Our space comfortably accommodates weddings and events of around 200 guests with a full dance floor setup. We're happy to walk you through the layout during your private showing.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes — Greenland's Lodge is completely handicap accessible and fully ADA compliant.
